Welded components

We have developed into an efficient system provider for the production of ready-to-install welded assemblies with unit weights of up to 160 tons. We provide construction support, cut, drill, mill, anneal, sandblast and paint complete assemblies from our own and purchased parts ready for assembly. We process high-strength materials and even manufacture assemblies including cast parts. We use submerged arc build-up welding to hardface large and heavy cast plates with corrosion-resistant nickel welding rod to improve corrosion protection. We guarantee the stability of heavily loaded assemblies, such as those we supply as ready-to-install complete solutions for mobile crane construction, through the consistently high quality of the material and weld seams. Our specialist welding engineers, certified welders and their supervision by international welding experts are our guarantee for consistently optimal execution of all seams.
