Our History
We start as a retail company in the steel industry.
We expand our portfolio and establish ourselves as a flame-cutting company.
Dillinger Hütte AG acquires "Jebens", since then we have been a 100% subsidiary.
Our range of services is expanding to also include the mechanical processing of large parts.
We continue to develop and now also offer our customers the manufacturing of complex and ready-to-install welded components.
We open our second manufacturing facility in Nördlingen and start producing welded components with unit weights of up to 160 tons.
