Our expertise in cutting large parts is complemented by the latest technology to meet and exceed your requirements. Our innovative machines enable the precise cutting of thick parts. But that's still not all: our chamfering robot optimizes efficiency and saves valuable time by reducing the workload of the CNC milling machine.
On a total of 10 flame cutting machines, we can cut parts with the following dimensions using autogenous flame cutting and plasma cutting:

Technologies used
Straightening
With our straightening press, we process according to DIN and customer requirements with up to 3,500 kN of pressure. Flame straightening enables us to process thick sheets in a targeted manner.
ReadSandblasting, priming and painting
We offer surface protection and finishing by sandblasting, applying a primer to improve adhesion and corrosion protection and finally painting a component.
