Company organization
We believe in transparent cooperation, which is why we value open communication and strong collaboration in administration and production. With several department heads who manage their departments individually, we promote an efficient and autonomous way of working. Regular meetings serve to maintain the flow of information between departments and ensure close communication across all levels.
Training
We educate our apprentices for the company. This means that we invest in the future development of our specialists and managers. Our training is characterized by concentrated support in the individual departments and regular trainee projects. We place great importance on providing regular feedback on performance and offering active support throughout the apprenticeship. Compensation & additional benefits
We offer pay in line with collective agreements, including vacation and Christmas bonuses and 30 days' vacation per year. An employer-financed insurance package, a contribution to the company pension scheme or occupational disability insurance is a necessity for us.
