Ten in one go
We have once again expanded our state-of-the-art machinery with a flame-cutting machine specially developed for Jebens for creating large-format components.
With a track width of 5,600 millimetres, a working width of 4,000 millimetres and two separate gas circuits, this machine opens up an unusually wide range of processing options. Large and thick flame-cut parts are our speciality. With our new Zinser 5226, we can now cut flame-cut parts with a plate thickness of up to 450 millimetres. At the same time, this equipment also increases our ability to handle thin materials with a plate thickness of ten millimetres or more. This is made possible by the four oxyfuel torches, which are digitally controlled by proportional valves and can cut material thicknesses from ten to 240 millimetres. In addition, the new machine has two powerful burners, the gas pressures of which are controlled via membrane-pneumatic output pressure regulators. This additional high-power flame-cutting equipment lets us cut material thicknesses of up to 600 millimetres with the same flame-cutting machine. With its flexible range of applications, this multi-talented flame-cutting machine complements our already large machine pool, which includes nine other flame-cutting machines. In addition to a plasma-cutting system and a bevelling robot, we have three flame-cutting systems with eight oxyfuel torches, a system with six oxyfuel torches, a flame-cutting machine with three oxyfuel torches and a three-burner unit, another flame-cutting system with three high-power oxyfuel torches, as well as two flame-cutting and drilling combination systems with four and six oxyfuel torches, respectively. With these ten high-performance systems, we are now perfectly equipped for our speciality in customised steel work, even for large volumes and formats.
